1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Hast, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You may register using Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

3. Use of the Service

Hast allows you to create, deploy, and manage AI agents connected to messaging channels. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service to send spam, harass, or harm others
• Deploy agents that generate illegal, abusive, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service in a manner that could disable, overburden, or impair its functionality
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our prior written consent

4. AI Agents & Content

You are solely responsible for the AI agents you create and the content they generate. While we provide the platform and infrastructure, we do not control or endorse agent outputs. You must ensure your agents comply with applicable laws and the terms of the messaging channels they connect to.

5. Subscription & Payment

hast.so offers paid subscription plans, billed in advance on a monthly basis through Stripe. By subscribing to a plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

• Upgrades & Downgrades: You may change your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by hast.so and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content and configurations you create on the platform. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your content as necessary to operate the platform.

7. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI agent outputs will be accurate, reliable, or error-free.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hast.so operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
